Grantham Area – salary commensurate with experience (£24k - £28k)
We are working with a highly successful organisation going through a period of sustained growth and investment who are recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk.
My client offers the right candidate a rare opportunity to work with a forward thinking brand who are seeing year on year growth.
They are recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an established team, for a 12 month FTC.
The role will be supporting the Purchase Ledger Manager and Purchase Ledger assistants, dealing with the suppliers, supplier queries and the full purchase ledger process.
Duties will include:
Providing overall support to the accounts payable team
Processing of supplier invoices
Dealing with supplier queries
Processing payment runs by BACS
Escalation point for all AP queries
Building supplier relations
Working closely with other departments
Supplier statement reconciliations
Cash/ bank reporting
Processing of company expenses
Key Requirements for the role:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in purchase ledger essential
Quick and accurate processing
Written and verbal communication
