​We’re on the lookout for an experienced Estate Agency Valuer for a highly successful, regional Estate Agency with offices positioned across the UK.

The perfect Valuer will have strong market knowledge, keeping a keen eye on competitor activity and be confident in business development and retention.

This is a pivotal role in a busy office, with a great opportunity for long term career progression.

You must demonstrate a record of achieving consistent results, working within a team and on your own initiative.

As a Valuer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Generating instructions by way of outbound cold / warm calling

• Conducting market appraisals

• Taking photographs & measurements

• Selling the services of the business

What we’re looking for:

• Previous estate agency experience (minimum of 12mnths)

• Cold / warm calling experience

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Drive and determination with a desire to strong succeed

• Strong team player but with the ability to work alone
