A service manager is an employee who oversees the department related to providing services to customers. A service manager manages the service department team and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
A service manager also meets with stakeholders to set service delivery metrics and goals, and creates strategies to reach them.
A service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers.
