Oakham – Salary £40k to £45k dependent on experience
We are currently searching for a Building Services Engineering Supervisor to lead, develop and mentor a team of electrical and mechanical engineers at a large organisation.
It is a prestigious organisation covering a large site with a mix of great historical and modern buildings, all set in stunning grounds.
The Building Services Engineering Supervisor will lead all engineering and technical staff, allocating planned and reactive maintenance tasks within budget.
We are looking for someone who can diagnose faults and report findings accurately, work with commercial and domestic gas systems, whilst providing excellent levels of customer service.
The Building Services Engineering Supervisor will have the opportunity to introduce energy efficiency and sustainability measures / methods.
Ideally you should have:
- Experience of historical buildings and systems
- NVQ Level 3 plumbing and heating qualification or equivalent)
- Mechanical and electrical background
- Service provider delivery experience would be an advantage
- Gas Safe Approved for commercial and domestic gas systems
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
Practical knowledge and experience of electrical maintenance, including power supplies, lighting and alarm systems, motors, controls and portable appliances would also be beneficial.
The successful Building Services Engineering Supervisor needs to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be working as part of tight knit social team with a wide customer base.
