​Graduate/Trainee SAP Assessor - £18,000 to £20,000 + Progression + Training

This company are a family ran award winning consultancy working with some of the leading architects and developers, delivering high quality energy and sustainability advice and assessments to the construction industry. They are now looking for a SAP Assessor to join them and fire up their career.

The role will involve producing energy assessments and Energy Performance Certificates using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) methodology. You will receive fantastic training in relation to SAP used to assess compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations - Conservation of Fuel and Power.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have a good level of education. You will be a good communicator and enjoy looking and working with 3D and technical drawings. A team player spirit and self management and organisation will also be key for this role.
