We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Person for a prestigious client set in extensive and stunning grounds with extensive and picturesque gardens.
We are looking for grounds maintenance staff with experience in all aspects of grounds maintenance who will manage and assist in the maintenance, development and improvement of the gardens, hard and soft landscaping and maintaining garden structures.
The successful Grounds Person candidate will need strong knowledge of grounds machinery and sports pitch maintenance.
You will have experience in grounds maintenance, from mowing and aeration to setting out and marking pitches.
Ideally, you will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf or equivalent and hold PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying certificates
My client’s playing fields and sports facilities, covering approximately 56 acres over three sites, cater for multiple sporting activities throughout the whole year.
If you’re a grounds person with relevant experience in a similar role, work well in a team and have reasonable plant knowledge along with good basic horticultural techniques we would be delighted to hear from you.
