Grounds Maintenance Supervisor – Grantham

We are working exclusively with a leading environmental services company who are growing their teams as a result is sustained growth.

Through the expertise of their people and investment in technology they promote and deliver sustainable environmental, grounds maintenance and arboriculture service solutions.

They currently require an additional experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor to join their team based in the Grantham area.

Applicants must have a keen interest and passion for horticulture.

This Grounds Maintenance Team Leader job will be a partly hands on role and partly a management role, both in managing grounds maintenance teams and also in managing client relationships.

As well as being a strong and driven leader, the role will also include selling or expanding services to our client’s existing and new customers.

The Grounds Maintenance Team Leader will also ensure maintenance is carried out on a regular basis, initiate suggestions and report customer comments for improvement to company’s performance and comply with all relevant health and safety requirements.

  • Grounds Maintenance experience – 3 years plus
  • Experience of leading teams of people
  • Driving Licence (Required)
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Relevant horticultural licences (ideal)
